It has outstanding environmental performance. The combustible gases generated during the carbonization and pyrolysis of the materials can be recycled for secondary combustion in the burner. The components such as wood tar can also be directly burned, which not only raises the carbonization temperature but also avoids pollutant emissions. It is equipped with a PLC automatic control cabinet, enabling the entire process of feeding, carbonization and discharging to be fully automated. The equipment parameters can be adjusted to adapt to different materials, ensuring stable product quality and significantly reducing labor costs.
