⭐Working process:
1). Use screw conveyor to transfer material.
2). Use coal gas or natural gas ignite to make hot gas.
3). Then hot gas will enter inner furnace, start working.
4). Rotary drum twirl speed can be adjusted by control cabinet.
5). Gas can use recycling. 6). Output screw conveyor also have cooling function, delivery the material through screw
⭐All kinds of biomass material: Wood chips, sugarcane bagasse, rice hull, sawdust and other biomass materials Biomass sizes no more than 25mm and moisture content less than 20% can be directly carbonized into this carboning kiln.
⭐Raw materials with large size (above 25mm), such as branches, bark, coconut shell, straw, hemp stalk and tobacco stalk, need to be crushed firstly.
⭐If the moisture content is more than 20%, we need to choose a dryer to cooperate with the production process.
⭐Put the raw materials into the carbonization furnace, which will make the raw materials become charcoal powder;
⭐After Crush and Mix, choose different charcoal briquette machine to shape the charcoal powder into required shape
